Tennis Cardio/Saturday


Saturday Cardio/Zones are fast paced 1 1/2 hour drills. This program is designed to have up to 6 people on the court each week. They are weekly drop in. You need to call or email ahead to reserve your spot. Space is limited. 

This program is level based.

Saturday 9-10:30 am is 4.0-4.5 level.

Saturday 10:30-12 is 3.0-3.5 level.

$45 per person/per day
